Mariposa Minor Hockey Association requires that the Head Coach acknowledge understanding and responsibility for adherence to the following:
As a result of this agreement, I acknowledge and understand that I am responsible for ensuring compliance with all of the above requirements, as well as the Rules and Regulations of Hockey Canada, the Ontario Hockey Federation, the Ontario Minor Hockey Association, and Mariposa Minor Hockey Association. I understand that only applications considered suitable by the coach selection committee will be interviewed. It is agreed that the coach selection committee's decision is final, and I will hold harmless the committee, Mariposa Minor Hockey Association, and/or other governing bodies in the case of that decision.
If I am accepted to coach, I agree that myself and my bench staff must provide a Vunerable Sector Check as a condition of appointment.
