Hello Mariposa Families,

We’re excited to welcome our skaters back to the rink on Monday!

Please see the following guidelines for our return to play. You will need to follow the Mariposa Minor Hockey schedule closely and check often as changes may happen in the next week.

  • Face masks are required in all areas of the arena (can be removed in the dressing room when replaced with helmets)
  • Physical distancing must be maintained from those not from the same household
  • All individuals 12 and over must present an enhanced vaccine certificate with a QR code and valid ID prior to entering city facilities
  • All individuals entering an arena must actively screen with a Team Covid Rep to record the name(s) and contact information of every member of the public entering the facility
  • On-ice participants are limited to 40 per group including all players, coaches, and gameplay officials
  • Spectators are limited to two per participant, up to a maximum of 80 spectators (with the exception of LRC Pad 1 which will permit 200)
  • Food and beverage will not be permitted or sold in the facilities
  • Dressing rooms must be vacated no more than 20 minutes after ice time

Team specific COVID protocols will be shared by your individual Team Covid Reps.

Attached are the OMHA Guidelines and City of Kawartha Lakes Ice User Protocols.
