Welcome to the official tournament website for the Battle of the Ice Tournament, hosted by Mariposa Minor Hockey.

Our event runs Dec 5-7, 2025, with the following divisions: U11 HL/LL, U13 HL/LL, U15 HL/LL, U18 HL/LL

Registration is now closed for all divisions.

The tournament organizers may add more information about the tournament in the future, so stay tuned for that and thanks for your visit!

This Jamboree recognizes the many years and volunteer hours Bob Walden has dedicated to our organization. Bob began coaching hockey at 18 years old and went on to coach his own son and today is head coach of his grandson’s team along side his son as assistant. 

Bob has had a profound influence on many of the players he coached, many of them now coaching their own kids who are playing in this jamboree. In 2019 Bob was the recipient of the volunteer of the year award from Kawartha Lakes Sports and Recreation Council for his continued commitment to multi generational coaching and development.
