2018/2019 Fundraising Fee Information
Submitted By MMHA on Thursday, February 28, 2019
NOTICE TO PARENTS REGARDING FUNDRAISING FEE

Fees for the 2018/19 season consisted of regular registration plus a $50 fundraising fee per child (up to a maximum of two fundraising fees per family).  After a review, the Board of Directors has decided not to hold the raffle draw for the current year.

As a result of this decision, the following will take place with respect to the additional $50 fundraising fee that was included in the 2018/19 registration rates:

1.    If you have players returning to the association for the 2019/20 season, the $50 fee collected for all players in 2018/19 will be applied against next year's registration rates.

2.    If you have no players returning for the 2019/20 season but a $50 fundraising fee was collected in 2018/19, a refund cheque will be issued.

3.    No refund or credit to next year's rates will be applicable to those players who did not have a fundraising fee charged in 2018/19.
